This policy explains what information jemcpapllc.com collects, how it is used, and who has access to it. It covers the public website only. Client data handled inside the TaxDome portal is governed by the JEM CPA engagement letter and TaxDome's own privacy policy.

Information Collected
Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on this site, your name, email address, and message are transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker and delivered by Resend to [email protected]. No form data is stored on the website itself.
Scheduling. When you book a consultation, your name, email, and any notes you provide go to Google Calendar (the scheduling tool used by the firm). Google's own privacy policy governs that data.
Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, country, and device type. It does not identify individual visitors, set tracking cookies, or share data across sites.
Cookies. The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, the hosting provider, may set short lived cookies (for example, __cf_bm) for security and bot protection. The Calendly widget on the booking page may set its own session cookies when loaded.
How Information Is Used
Contact form messages are used to respond to your inquiry. Scheduling information is used to confirm and hold your appointment.
